We love listening to music while out kicking or mountain biking. We've even been known to listen to podcasts while kicking, though that gets a little dicey at times if the podcast is really interesting and distracts our attention from the road. We'd especially love to listen to more Kickbiking podcasts when the next one comes out (not so subtle hint - Alan).
Still, one of our challenges is figuring out where to put our iPod while kicking. We've had them fly out of our shirt pockets during a sudden stop or course change more than once. And, we hate wearing velcro pouches strapped to our waist or other parts of our body. If we happen to have our day bag attached to the handlebars, then the iPod drops right in - no sweat, but it's kind of a waste to take the day bag along if it's only contents are the iPod.
What to do?
It turns out, through the miracle of the internet, while we were out surfing the WWW-coast, we found what looks like a perfect solution - the Mork Mount from Risse Racing. From the photos and webpage information (see link below), it looks sturdy, easy to mount and dismount the iPod, and is available in either white or black.
Only problem - while we were considering the Mork Mount for use with our Kickbike, we made the mistake of taking a look at the Risse Racing frames. One glance at their 'Lassen' had us drooling uncontrollably:

We're trying desperately to control the urge to write and ask if they make it in a size large enough for our outsized 2 meter tall body...
