The Dutch National Footbiking association has a great photo gallery at http://www.autoped.nl/fotogalerij. The entry page is in Dutch, but just click on the links - the photos need no translation. The surprising thing, at least to me, was the huge number of participants - definitely in the hundreds, and all ages from young children to seniors.
This has to be one of the funniest kickbiking photos I've ever run across.
